These are usually written on the fly when I encounter an idea. I often get caught up in my thoughts while something else is going on around me. These thoughts come at any time while playing a game, watching a movie, riding in the car or even during conversations. I’ve little control over them but to be honest I don’t try very hard to prevent it either.

Often these are associated with some sort of struggle or extreme alteration in circumstances. I do this because I feel this is when we are at our most vulnerable to the impression that these events have on our lives.
