Project: The Users

Working in the IT field I’ve had the opportunity to engage hundreds of users a week and while each has it’s own unique details there are some generalized properties that one comes to rely on with each experience. It doesn’t take long to learn that certain tones, behavior patterns and conversations can give you a good idea of what to expect with each user interaction.

So with Project Users I’ve decided to begin summarizing them in my own words for the rest of the world, IT or otherwise, to enjoy. Feel free to let me know what you think or provide your own examples!

NOTE: This is all entirely generalized satire and in no way is a direct reflection of any one person or experience. No actual names or places will be found or tolerated in any of these posts.
